Analysis and strategy

The first step here was to identify our competitors regarding this feature and it was Kuda business, Zoho Invoice and Invoicely. Once that was out of the way a flowchart had to be made to divide the system into parts, then user journey maps were created to give more context to the use.

Conclusion

Designing and integrating this system was a truly humbling experience that taught me alot about market and user research and ignoring your biases as a designer.
